Introducing the Document Collaboration Cloud
The most recent release from SovTech Products is our Document Collaboration Cloud platform. The concept behind the creation of this product is to give users true enterprise class services across all corporate and personal mobile devices, while giving it all the control it needs.
Users can access, sync and securely share files from any device with people both inside and outside the organisation for easy collaboration- enhanced productivity online and offline access also keeps productivity up even when on-the-go.
Just a bit of background for our product, the Document Collaboration Cloud software platform. We developed the software to address issues our clients have had with finding a reliable cloud platform for all of their document collaboration needs that is completely PoPI compliant. Clients have expressed their enthusiastic support for the platform and have commented on how simple, yet powerful, our interface is.
The platform is great for a whole bunch of reasons. The two graphics below represent some of the main features that clients have found to be of interest.
User account import or synchronisation through LDAP, IMAP, SMB or FTP
That is all of the core functionality that is in the product out-of-the-box. What sets the platform even further apart from its’ competitors is the possibilities for customisation. Included in every setup is the branding of the client to be completely in line with a company’s corporate identity, as well as data migration and training packages to ensure minimal teething issues.
