When coming up with their platform, it is obvious that Sygnia had the experience of their users in mind. On the first access to the platform, the first page presented to users is one that contains a list of their different user types and it is beautiful that all the information and details found on each of them is tailored to specific users. Amongst all user types, the efforts put into the "for my children" category is worth noting. They did amazingly well by tweaking the user interface to feel more playful and relatable by children. This can be seen by how they changed the texts, used hand drawn illustrations and how they used subtle colours on cards.
